About Coach Davis

Coach Davis has coached and played at the highest level and he has trained athletes at ALL levels. He is passionate about not only training the physical body but doing it to the glory of God!

My gift and passion is coaching and teaching. I was blessed to play and coach football in both college and the NFL.

Now, it’s my turn to use the knowledge I have gained to help others pursue their athletic dreams. I am excited to continue training athletes to maximize their God-given abilities.

With a background in speed and performance training, as well as coaching football from middle school to the NFL over the last 20 years, I train individuals how to fine tune their bodies to be as efficient as possible.

For football athletes, in addition to improving their skills on the field, I also offer film study techniques & improved football IQ. I use my knowledge of kinesiology, arthrokinematics & performance training to help athletes perform at the highest level in their particular sport.
